How we work with you

We write down what the role must achieve and agree it with you before we approach anyone.
Real assessments
Shortlisted candidates complete a short task drawn from the role, so you see how they think.
Straight answers
If the salary or the brief will not attract the people you want, we tell you early.
Where we work
We are based in Brisbane and recruit for businesses across Queensland and the rest of Australia. Many of our searches are run by phone and video call, and we are happy to meet in person in South East Queensland.
